Thank you for purchasing our digital products and solutions. We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download or deployed remotely, we generally offer no refunds.

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our products, our products have not been deployed at your site we will happily issue you a refund upon your request. *

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our products are handled on a case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within seven (7) days of your original purchase. Any software product that has been purchased during the promotion sale is not entitled to any refund.

* Charges of additional service mentioned in the “Additional services section” are not refundable.

Additional services

Please note that any additional services such as cloud hosting, value-added services, custom work, fixed installation service charges or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.
